Located 10 miles from the Saratoga Race Course, Stone Bridge Farm totals some 425 acres in 3 parcels and is a fully integrated thoroughbred broodmare nursery and training facility. The farm operates year round and contains many amenities designed to accommodate the more extreme weather conditions in Winter and Summer, along with the temperate climate of Fall and Spring. 125 Sherman Lane Training Facility and Residences
One parcel, of approximately 92 acres, houses the farm’s training facility and a number of residences. It is located at 125 Sherman Lane and includes two barns totaling 47 stalls, a 100’ x 150’ indoor arena, 31 fenced paddocks, of which 17 are covered, 2 enclosed eurosizers, a 2 stall quarantine barn, work shop, maintenance facility and storage buildings. The farm’s training track employs a synthetic cushion(Polytrack), measures a little over 7/8ths of a mile, and is 22’ wide. It includes a 4 stall starting gate and clocker’s stand.

Additional residences include a 2 room apartment above one of the barns, and 3 separately parceled homes, along with a staff apartment complex located in Schuylerville(formerly the Burgoyne Hotel).

Purinton Road Broodmare Facility
This modern foaling facility sits on 98 acres and features two 12 stall barns with oversized foaling stalls and video monitoring, a 12,800 square foot arena with translucent cover, and 12 fenced paddocks, nine of which contain run-in sheds. Clark Road Broodmare & Yearling Complex
Clark Road is the home to the 235 acre broodmare and yearling complex. The amenities include a 24 stall yearling barn completed in 2009, a recently completed 5 stall quarantine barn, and a round barn with eurosizer. The location includes an 80’ x 150’ maintenance and storage facility, 2 Kentucky style run-in sheds with vet room, feed room, and 4 stalls each, 15 fenced paddocks, most with run-in sheds. Storm water drainage and infrastructure allow for the use of most of the farm’s capacity.
